Submission Details

Our 3rd Annual Open Exhibition 2026
10th - 12th April 2026 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Submission Deadline 16th March 2026

1. Entries are welcome from all artists over 18 years of age

2. Submission: for entry form please email cd.willerbyart@gmail.com, or take a hard copy form from the foyer in the Church and return it to the Art Show Submissions box also in the foyer.  Submission deadline Monday 16th March, 2026.

3.  Entry fee:  Maximum of 2 entries per artist.  £2.50 (in cash) per picture, to be paid on handing in your picture.

4.  Commission:  20% of sales price

5.  Scope:  submissions may be in any medium and must be your own original work.  Printed copies of original work and greeting cards will not be accepted.

6.  Framing:  Pictures (frames pictures or unframed canvases) must be ready to be hung with D-rings and strung.  Clip frames are not allowed.  See submission form for full details including labelling.

7. Delivery of work:  Pictures must be handed into the church on Wednesday 8th April (10 am - 7 pm) OR Thursday 9th April (10am - 2 pm)
